Chapter 53

Previously on the last episode of Jem…

I’m going over things in my head and figuring out songs when I hear Rayne sort of mumble curse.

“What? What’s up?”

“I think we’re being followed?”

“Huh?”

“Yeah, and I think it’s those guys from the other night it looks like their truck.”

I look back in the mirror and it’s hard to tell because last time it had been so dark out but I just have this feeling that it is. I call Mike on the phone.

“Mike?”

“Yeah?”

“That truck is it following us?”

“I noticed, I think it is.”

A shiny black hair…

I had the distinct feeling that this was a somebody and not a something when I had seen her. But what does this mean? Was she able to break herself down into pure information?

Oh the implication of that have me there for likely an hour just staring at the thread.

But in wide, wide theory this could be plausible. We are all made of energy? Matter breaks down into energy, but can energy become matter? Not that we know of but…

Introduction: Jim visits Adam in Hartford. They have a great weekend eating, drinking, and playing golf. It might have been too much wine, but Adam confesses he is transgendered. Jim takes the revelation quite well. There are some other interesting occurrences. Then the downturning economy bites Adam in the ass again; however, he finds a new job in Boston. Guess where he finds a place to live.

CHAPTER FIVE
TRAINING WEEKEND

We started Saturday with another failed attempt at lovemaking. Within about 30 seconds of Beth playing with my penis, I gave in and came. I wasn't even erect, but just the sight of my beautiful, stunning girlfriend playing with me was enough to tip me over the edge.

Once again, like last night, there was no evident frustration from Beth. Only embarrassment from me. In fact, she seemed amused.
