Chapter 35

I’m still emotional as I lay there and try to let things matriculate with everything that happened. I slip my shoes off and actually just roll a little more on the bed and take one of my pillows and I hug it hard.

Yes I’m letting myself be Angel…so I hug my pillow and put my face into it and lay there replaying aside from the two goons…one of the best moments of my life. It’s so good some parts have me in tears.

It’s late at night as a small figure moves across the grounds of a lavish estate, the house is a classical Victorian sat right smack dab in the middle of ten beautiful acres of well maintained gardens.

Chapter 9

The next day the seven friends were anxious to see Sam. Even when pressed Krista refused to tell them what had happened during her confrontation with Sam. They all suspected that Sam might be suffering from gender dysphoria, but had no proof. All they knew for sure was that Sam had left the school with her parents. Krista merely told the others that Sam would have to tell them what had happened. While not satisfied with that answer, they didn’t doubt that Krista was correct in her reasoning.

The girl leaned against the back wall of the bus stop shed as the water splashed through the hole in the roof and doused her Doc Martins. It promised to be a very, very long week for Ashley Spinelli….

Southlands Prep. Highschool….

I think it was a good sign getting off the bus and while there was a few protesters there from their “Holy rollers.” holding some signs up and yelling bible stuff in protest of me playing.

They had to do it off the school grounds since their right to free speech and assembly wasn’t applicable to the school grounds here. That was a good sign that they weren’t allowing them there. But then again those signs saying “God hates fags.” don’t look good for the school.

There was also two cop cars there just in case.

“She was just so adorable sleeping like that,” Michelle grinned, “I didn’t want to go any closer you know.” She took LeAnne’s hand again, leading her down the hallway to her room.

LeAnne smiled sheepishly. “I couldn’t help myself. She just looked so innocent and angelic. But at least those years of ballet finally paid off,” she added with a quiet giggle.

At that very moment the house froze in time, and Faith and Bethany both looked around the house. Faith had a big smile on her face as she looked at LeAnne and Michelle, “Now that’s perfect. Nature is balanced again.”

There’s this loud cry of girly pleasure and I start rounding everyone up. “Okay…okay come on let’s give the lovebirds privacy to coo.”

I have to push some of the guys out. I’m oddly amused at the boners all around. Todd looks like he might pop a nut right away. I laugh at them and they get to moving but it’s still funny.

Ben was sitting on the sofa in his small apartment, he was supposed to be in class, he didn’t care. What would it matter if he didn't show up. No way could he concentrate on school after having just been fired from his job. He had never been fired from a job before, not that he had many before his previous one.
