I am trying to find the title of a story.

Transgender teenage girl disguised as a boy.

Going to a boy's school (wishes to go to the girl's school).

Try to last as long as possible.

Mother is a heart surgeon.

Gets hurt in school and mother finds out.

Goes on a Christmas trip to Germany.

Falls off a boat and everyone finds out she is a girl.
