Yesterday, when I opened up YouTube in my browser, it was recommending a song from a singer I've never heard of, "Be Her" by the country singer Ella Langley. In it, she describes her ideal self and the chorus goes, "I just want to be her so bad; I just want to be her; it hurts so bad."
It's a catchy hook, that perfectly captures the feeling of gender dysphoria, although I doubt that was her goal.

Song
Sentiment is okay (except the whole smoking thing) but the sound of the song is nothing special, 3 stars.''
For us it has always been the problem of how to get to point B from point A and who we are when we get there should jive with who we are and not some stereotype and there were some stereotype images in her video that are *meh*.
