that is a crazy law to put in effect be cause it can have far reaching problems.
Not only in Trans community, but if they can say body appreciation, that could people over weight, people with piercings,
heck even people that change there hair color. With that tag line any thing could be used to say body appreciation for denying
care or rites restriction.

Patriarchy
It's all about defending the patriarchy (a.k.a. the kyriarchy)
They have a (for them) nice system where women are the designated victim class and men are organized by who can bully whom, with the bosses (the oligarchy) on top. It's all a social construct, like the emperor's new clothes, and it depends upon everyone believing that this is ordained by God (or whatever you call it) and the physical laws of the universe. Because, like Confederate dollars or bitcoin, the minute people stop believing in it, it evaporates like a bit of fog in the noonday sun. So all our culture, all our philosophies, all our religions, our news and entertainment media, are constructed and pruned to tell us that it's the One True Truth and anyone who doesn't see it must be crazy (or a terrorist.)
And by our very existence, we give that social construct the lie. Just as intersex people are living counterexamples to the dogma of "biological sex." And just as intersex infants have to have their bodies "corrected" so no one is faced with the falsity of that dogma, so we trans people have to be psychologically "corrected" to fit into the kyriarchal gender idiology.
