Unfortunate. But the hate for his of course is even worse due to existing anti-trans rhetoric. Ironically the risk of being blackmailed is now eliminated so that is a good thing.
It all boils down to the hypocrisy. We all know there are alot of CD and even trans in the MAGA camp so to shine a light on it is good.
We as a community still loses as a harmless thing is still framed as being horrid even if it is just a harmless hobby for him.

Focus
America focuses on he wrong thing again. As a child she killed her dog and then bragged about it in her biography (that should have been a clue). She spent $220 Million of taxpayers money on ads promoting herself. She oversaw an agency that murdered 2 US citizens. She let masked thugs loose on peaceful protestors. Her agency saw an individual in custody die from a toothache. What do Americans care about? Her husband's choice of clothing. Then, then she she asks for prayers. What the Hell.
Degrees Of Transgender
There is not one definitive where one is transgender or one isn't. There are thousands of degrees of transgender. The most definitive would be where one commits suicide when total transition can't be achieved. Surgery isn't an option so death is. Transvestite is a softer version of transgender, cross dressing satisfies the desire to straddle the gender boundaries. There are even lighter versions of transgender than transvestite.
What many who are transgender and almost all those who aren't trans but are looking on is there is no one size fits all. Judging what Kristi and Bryon do with their lives becomes a focal point, good or bad, because Kristi is a high profile figure. People being human seem to have a need to emotionally assassinate anyone they disagree with.
So many many years ago my very beautiful and young English teacher put all this in perspective. "Name calling and hurtful words are used by those trying to bring 'you' down to their level." This is true also among the super market tabloids. Anyone who would put any credibility in what any of the supermarket tabloids printed needs some goats to balance their life. We who are trans should be the most open minded humans on this Big Blue Spaceship hurtling through space. We are functioning with the intelligence of both male and female. Instead some seem to find this as a stumbling block not able to handle this unique gift?

My psychiatrist informed me nothing has changed at the VA. All the support before Trump Pres is still there. In my case what Trump and Gov Stitt have done with their exec orders has changed nothing at the VA. My private physician has said the same. I know times are tough but stupid thinking can[t change transgender isn't part of the human genome. Just be careful when confronting those who combine hate and stupidity.
