Author Page?
So, there is a way, but there also isn't — at least not on an individual author basis right now.
Basically, we could remove blog posts from that page, but doing so would be a site-wide change that affects everyone.
Currently, that page displays everything associated with your Author Taxonomy (authorname), which includes both stories and blog posts.
However, we do have separate pages for viewing each type of content:
So while we can't currently customize the main author page to exclude blogs for just one author, readers can use those separate listings to find exactly the content they're looking for.
It's certainly something we could consider making configurable in a future update, though!
Two different things
There's an Author Page which is something created to be the root page of the outline containing all of your stories.
And there's the Author listing that uses the category system to locate everything identifed as written by you. If you choose your author name off the roll down, then that will get listed in the Author listing. Maddy Bell handles the problem you've identified by listing blogger as the author of her blogs, so they don't clutter her story listings.
As soon as someone posts a story, we create an entry in our list of authors for them that serves as the content for the author roll over. Then when they create a second story, we make an Author Page for them and enter it into the outline to be the root page of the outline of their stories.
I hope that's a bit clearer. :)
Hugs,
Erin

What I do to organize my stories
Erin mentioned the Author Page which is something created to be the root page of the outline containing all of your stories.
When you create a fiction page, there is a field called Book at the very bottom of the page. If you choose your name from the drop-down list, your new page will be a child page of your author page, and automatically a link will be added there.
But there is so much more that you can do with it!
I use mine as the root of a hierarchy: all my story title pages hang from that page, and my individual episode pages hang from the title pages. If you look at the top line on ANY of my story pages, you will see the hierarchy in what are called the "breadcrumbs" at the top of the page, like this:
Iolanthe Portmanteaux » The Zoo Up Yonder » The Night I Escaped From The Zoo
The breadcrumbs are automatic. You have them, too.
The author page is the leftmost link on that line, the "Iolanthe Portmanteaux" link. If you click on the other links in the breadcrumb line, it might help you understand how it all works.
In any case, on my author page, I've listed my stories in two different ways, and each link goes to the first page of that story:
My author page: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/book-page/79295/iolanthe-port...
Note that this is not automatic; you have to add the links. It's your little garden: you have to organize your page and keep it up to date. It isn't hard.
But it's great! It's great because you can set up your page any way you like, and I've changed my setup once or twice.
Obviously, I'm only interested in using that page for organizing my stories in a neat hierarchy. Other authors have used their pages in more artistic, cooler ways.
ADDITIONALLY / SEPARATELY, you have your account page. Did you know you can edit that as well?
I use mine to provide a small bio / hello, with a link to my author page.
My account page: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/user/iolanthe-portmanteaux
You just hit the Edit link at the top of the page, and away you go!
