I use the
{Control}key and scroll wheel on the mouse. There has been some format changes around here, we just have to work with it.
I do not like these changes either
this whole site, all the changes are designed for freaking cell phones and tablets, not pc's and laptops. I support the PC and laptop end of things and don't like the direction BCTS is heading with these changes. It's becoming unfriendly to those of us on those machines and worse still, we don't even have a say so in matters - or - even to elect to have these changes themed out so people can pick how the pages are displayed for themselves in their user account.
I myself prefer the way BCTS looked 3 years ago. If could make it display that way, I would.
Just my 2 cents.
*On a side note, I had to use element hider for Ad Block plus to remove the new advanced search bar feature eating up more front page depth on my screen.

First even work right on a mobile, I used to be Abe to expand screen and position to right and scroll now it sits in middle and moves all over when scrolling
I don't know
All I know is I use both my desktop with a 17" monitor and my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" and both seem fine to me... but then I use Firefox browser on both. I don't know, maybe BCTS just likes Firefox.
