In local news, a man was charged in the cold case slaying of a transgender woman whose body was found in Roosevelt Park.

The park is just south of Central Avenue and UNM. It's a beautiful place and I used to take breaks there.

Reading between the lines, it appears that it was a racially related killing, not based on gender bias. It looks like this guy just didn't like Indians. (Sorry, Indigenous Americans)

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
