I spoke to Cathy Michael tonight on skype. She's still in hospital and complaining about the food. (Old soldiers never die.) She's going for more tests tomorrow and she's still denied access to Big Closet.

I hope I’m not overstepping my bounds but if she has her own device and they don’t block vpn traffic she could use ProtonVPN. There is a free version and they seem to be very serious about privacy. I use this myself.

I hope she feels better and gets out of there soon.

I've suggested VPNs and other methods to bypass the wifi blockage but Cathy is content not to fuss with such things. She says she has enough access to keep her entertained and will just wait until she gets home to enjoy all of BCTS and other sites that are blocked.
