The problem might lie with your own DNS settings, or (if you're in the UK) it might be a consequence of the Online Surveillance Act.

Alternative URL
This question of FictionManias availability seems to come up every few weeks or months. And I have repeatedly posted the alternative URLs that have been documented from that home page here in replies to post similar to yours. Some addresses are just plain
http://while others are the more „secure“https://. So that is the first thing you can check and test. And since I currently do not have access to my list of alternatives, I suggest that you search the blogs and forum for similar questions and check to comments for a posting of the list of alternative URLs and save it to some where handy.Sorry that I could not be more specific at this point in time.
