I am looking for a story, not even sure where I read it at. It was loosely set in the French Revolution. It started with a soldier that was picked up by a woman (TG) and that starts the story. I think the soldier was attempting to go AWOL and was saved by this woman.
It involved Spain, spying, England, France Russia.
I'm fuzzy on any of the details but that's how I am with stories I really like. And I forgot to bookmark it. Of course.
