We're buried und a foot of snow, so no work today. I spent the morning mapping out the second half of "Mud Creek"

I'm so excited for this now. This story came together like magic. I struggled with the ending and resolution for over an hour, just contemplating people in my life, stories I've read, my own emotions. Then it came to me, like, how did I not realize it had to end like that.

I'm currently writing Chapter 21, and plan to end the story at Chapter 28. The Story is currently at 31,000 words and should hit 50 I think.

I'm so excited for this story that I want to get a fair chance. I want to hire an editor, I want to polish it and I want to publish it.

But... I'm not a writer, I have no cred, I have no connections, I don't even know where to start. Does it get dumped on Amazon? Do I submit it to a small Queer Press? Do I just take solace in the fact that people are reading it here, which I very much do and am thankful for.
