I regret I have not posted anything for the past two weeks but I sustained stroke number three on Saturday which took me out of action.
It will take a few days for me to get back into the right state of mind to continue with my projects.

I can only wish you have no more. I take blood thinners, statins and beta blockers every day to avoid what's happened to you.

That’s the funny thing about it. My INR level was high at the time and I still had one.
Going to talk about it at the follow-up appointment this week.
