I Did the Thing. The Copyright Thing.

A word from our sponsor:

So… I just filed the copyright for Fractured Rune: The Aeldstorm Saga, Book One.

That’s right. I officially handed my baby over to the U.S. government and said, “Here, please acknowledge my brainchild so no one else can legally steal it.” And the Copyright Office website said, “Cool, even though the government is shut down, give us sixty-five bucks and a PDF or else.

I uploaded the full book, art and all. The maps, the glossary, the weird rune things I designed, the parts where I cried editing at three in the morning, it’s all in there. Somewhere in a government database, an overworked clerk will soon know the Bograz exists, which honestly feels like a public safety hazard.

Now I just wait for the certificate. It could take a few months, which is fine, because waiting is my superpower. Totally fine. I’m calm. Completely normal about it.

Anyway, Fractured Rune is now officially, legally, cosmically real (or soon will be).

If you listen closely, you can hear me cackling somewhere in the distance.
