Hello everyone! It's been a while, although I've had a few emails from people, which were lovely. <3 to you.

I've had a tough year after my house move, which they say is one of the most stressful events in anyone's life. Especially settling into a new community, something that goes on forever. And I had a lot of difficulty settling down to write, and more importantly edit. Another issue with getting the books out is the finances of it. To have a proper author ecosystem behind me, including a publishing setup, I need to build my savings before I GO BIG with Amazon.

With that in mind I've done a middle-ground launch of Allison Zero on itch.io. Allison Zero has been edited quite a bit since I workshopped it here. There's no huge story changes, but it should read a little easier. There's a couple of reasons I went with itch, which I won't go into, but itch seems more sci-fi friendly. If I gain momentum there with Allison Zero I'll most likely be putting Toni up on itch, too, before I've built the resources for an Amazon launch for both novels, and their continuations. I think Toni would be first with Amazon.

I'd love if you bought Allison Zero, and left reviews for it. I've really missed writing, and especially the feedback and joy I received here. Having finally gotten one book out I feel like a weight has been lifted and things might be a little easier from now on. There's not so big a hurdle to jump, or I've had some practice at leaping obstacles.

And, to be as real as I can, I hope I've turned a corner where I can get in the mindset to actually get back to writing, and BC. I feel I'm close, and I've missed it and my readers so much. I want to continue to put first drafts of the continuations up here, as well as any new stories I write. If anyone has been hurting for stories, and I've had a message or two, I've been really hurting for getting down to fiction, and imagining a better world through my writing.
