Hello Strangers!

It's been a while, I know. Life has been… a lot lately. Things have been hectic IRL with work and family life and also with trying to work on new story projects. Its been that kind of running around where months go by and you're not entirely sure where all that time just disappeared. But I'm still here, still trying to finish a story, and I come bearing news.

I've been working on something new. I would like to think of it as a romantic comedy thats set at a island resort, full of quirky people, sharp banter and slow burn tension. I have tried to come up with an ensemble of characters (not my strongest suit when it comes to story telling) that would probably make you want to pull up a barstool and just sort of listen. It's funny (I hope), it's got heart (I think), and its been one of those projects that has grabbed a hold of me in a vice grip and just wont let go.

Currently, I have finished 15 chapters but theres still more to come. The story isnt done yet. Luckily I have had 2 amazing beta readers, Ms Emma Anne Tate and Ms Rachel Moore, who have been kind enough to read everything so far and give me some honest feedback. Its gotten to the point where I think I am far along enough that I'm ready to start sharing it with you guys.

The plan is to start posting a chapter (probably on a weekly basis) beginning in about a week or so. I'd love it if the readers at BCTS would give it a read. And if you enjoy it... well that would be the icing on the cake.

I don't know what more details I can share right now... but I thought I'd just pop in make a post and say Hi to everyone. I've missed doing this and I hope you'll give this story a chance.
