Hello, everyone! I’ve been seriously unproductive as a writer this year. After a strong start in January, I basically dropped the ball until I was finally able to post a short story at the beginning of this month. But that kind of inspired me to keep going on a project that I’ve had in what Patricia Marie Allen calls the “bone pile” for a little while. I think I’m far enough along that I can start posting. I feel like lots of us have our “coming out” stories, “theater” stories, and “wish-granting genie” stories. Another category that draws a lot of entries involves body swaps. The incomparable Melanie Brown has a whole universe on the subject, but I know plenty of our authors have given us excellent variations on the theme. Anyhow, I thought I'd take a crack at it. My current expectation is that it will end up short novel length — maybe ten installments, give or take. I’ll post on Monday evenings unless something odd comes up. Our flight leaves shortly. Please take your seats, make sure that your seatbelts are securely fastened, and be attentive to any instructions your cabin crew provide. Remember, they are here for your safety. Now . . . sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight! |

Hooray!
Hooray! New stories from Emma, doesn't get much better than that!
I look forward to reading when I next have the opportunity to sit still long enough while yet managing the mental faculties to properly enjoy the prose...
Are you planning weekly updates?
Thank you Emma!
