Congratulations on the weight loss so far and keep up the good work. As far as it being "Totally off any normal subject..." Its quite normal with the other women, whom I work with or are friends with. We discuss "weight" all the time; the latest diet, exercise, etc. It's all part and parcel of the female experience.
