I don't know UK law, but if someone pushes you first I feel you have the right to defend yourself ,I wouldn't have stopped like the girls in the story did, he needed a lesson in manners

It is possible for them to be charged with common assault BUT and here is the thing if the 'Boss' is a married man would he want this made public? Also how would it reflect on his business if it all came out in court that he was a perv and a letch - the press would love it especially if the girls turned up at court all sugar and spice!
I feel that Penny could well loose her job though.
