You could check her user account, it reports that JulieO logged in just after 8am this morning in her time zone. So I suggest messaging her.

Last Login Info
Unfortunately it appears the "Last login" info you refer to does not indicate her last login but your own.
In one window go to JulieO's page and in a second window go to your own. When I do that I see the same last login information in both windows.

Last Time...
Wrote a comment here at the time of this thread based on a misinterpretation of the track page info. There doesn't seem to be any way to determine someone's most recent visit.

I am most probably wrong but I was under the impression for some reason that Julie O was one of the pen names of the late Bob Arnold.
Julie was not Bob
