First I wish you a fast recovery! Then tell you that it will be a real relive when you are back "on-your-feet" again. I have had the same problen and in my case there was an extra high amount of the hormone that regulate the parathyreodea hormone. The reason for this was that one of the four glands that produce this hormone had just grown. But the problem that this gave was a production of stones in the bladder. And that ston caused me yo have to use the loo too often, When it was the worst I managed to stay out of that for about 15 minutes. Then there was a test to see how bad it was. The result was just as said above and then after some medication i went in to remove the bad gland. That was a one day adventure. Well i stayed over night but was "released" the next morning. And a blood-sample on that morning showed that the concentration was almost normal, and 6 months later it was really stable at the normal level. And since then I have had no problem with stones of bladder. So again I wish you a quick recovery and to be back here active again! ( if you feel it to be good, please show your doctors this message, I might be able to let them connect with my surgeon). Ginnie

Still in pain
but it already feels much better they told my the main stone (and largest) shattered when hit by the laser. There was blood in my urine but that has cleared up , Right now I am playing games with a super friendly kitty and cat treats. Life gets better when you let it.I love to chat with people If you PM me i would love to give my contact information,

You get a speedy recovery. Stones whether in your kidney or gall bladder suck. I hope whatever is causing the problem is removed so you're no longer in pain!

I have only had Kidney stones
And I still remember how panful they were. I had to have the laser surgery to break it up then it became 3, the doctor took out 2 of the pieces. But the last piece was still there, I was in pain passing it, when it came out it was 2mm x 3mm x 7mm. I never want to feel that again. I wish you a fast recovery. I do not want to imagine bladder stones. I hop you feel better soon, and keep that kitty happy and you may end up with the best bed warmer a person could have.
