Aside from the ease with which Scott accepted the transformation (might've been some effect of the ray gun) and a heretofore totally alien sexuality (all those shots of booze might've had something to do with this) this seems like what might happen if a dorky 14 year old boy turned into a total fox of an adult woman. The adolescent mentality suddenly in a grown up body was hilarious- BIG meets WEIRD SCIENCE or something. The friends really sounded like boys that age, maybe a little too much, they got pretty annoying pretty fast, but the friendship was touching, and Scott using her new body like a dirty magazine they could all enjoy was something I never encountered in a t.g. story before, but had a weird plausibility; because this was all so unreal to her, and so much of who she'd been carried over into this unexpected situation. I noticed how it never occured to her that she could have got in a LOT of trouble for carrying on like that with minors, since all she knew was these were her best friends...

But what I really liked was when she got out among adults, and did such a lousy job of acting like anything but a kid. The nightclub scene was fun. And I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the sex stuff at the end, maybe because it was funny ("You wanna see my BUTT? It's really neat!") and she was at heart so innocent about everything. Not my usual cup of tea in t.g. literature, but fun in the way a teen comedy by John Hughs or whoever can be fun, if a lot raunchier...
