Good story, my only concern
Good story, my only concern is Zoe talk about herself as if she's third person, I would have thought the doc would have been concerned of that, even so I'm looking forward to seeing where this will go.

Speaking in the third person
I think that Zoe was simply speaking like that to try to explain the two halves of herself. Zoe is a little different than Allen is, and I think in her head, using 'I' would have not explained which gender of herself she was talking about... (or something like that. She just said it, I just transcribed the words to the page...)

A Nice ride around Manchester to finish off the Sparkle weekend.
At the moment this story seems to be moving too easily and without any hiccups. I know that youngsters today do have it somewhat easier than we did as kids but even allowing for that improved social liberality, things seem to be going too smoothly for Zoe. I'm waiting for the crash that seems bound to come. Perhaps I'm just a wounded old cynic but I cant help feeling it's all going too smoothly. That Mrs Wilson next door seems to be a threat for a start.
I'm following this tale with a keen interest.

Could Zoe be IS?
Nothing's been said so far, but Zoe ought to see her doctor to get checked for IS conditions. She seems just a bit too female appearing to be run-of-the-mill TS.
Run of the mill TS?
I'd rather see a run of the mill TS than yet another improbable IS. Its becoming an all too convenient a plot crutch like magic.
