If in doubt, make it bigger. I have a vivid imagination but even I underestimated the scale of the extension and the improvements.

This sounds so awesome. As we know, Callum and Jayden, Ann and Brad, Mandy and Carl, Amy and Amber are all gonna have children. So there has to be a ton of room in the 'extension'.
