Finally, it took forever but the result of the assessment November 7, 2014 for getting my srs came in today.
5 page form to fill out and send to the GRC in Montreal.

then they go over the medical information on it and decide if they will do the operation(s) and get back to me with a date.

my copd (respiratory health problem) and lack of a recent photo.

the latter I can do something about, only the lung diseases are a serious worry.

is the name of the only plastic surgery clinic to perform genital reconstruction in Canada.
if the operation is in Canada, it is at the GRC by one of the 2 doctors there.

luckily, it also happens to be one of the top facilities in the world for the genital reconstruction ( gender recognition ) surgery.
