seems like Kat is getting spied on from law enforcement, and it looks like someone is now going down for a long time,

Thank you for another instalment of this amusing tale.
The spectators got more than their ticket's worth. Besides the boring clothes show they got the 'choppers and real blood. Twice. With a demonstration of "how to deal with armed assailant" too!

I actually hated leaving this with so many open questions at the end, but I had to stop somewhere or else it would have been who knows how many more weeks before I could have it ready for posting since real life has reduced my beloved writing time down to something I can only do on the weekends.

Another great instalment Kat's in great form and Bishop's acting like the dick he is - how he's still in employment amazes me but he makes a great buffoon to anyone with intelligence.
The remodelling of 'Kat's Kabin' leaves me wishing I had a girl cave similar can't wait to find out how the T'bird ends up.
Please don't keep us waiting as long for the next episode though Real Life is more important.

Great job as usual, the story is just as great as always. I am glad that you chose to get the story out when it was convenient to you and you felt that it was ready, real life always comes first so as long as we get it never worry about the delay.
Love that the girls are sticking together and helping to make sure that the guys learn to act right. Kat is leaving her mark on the whole school without realizing it!
And kudos to the boy taking a stand and following his parent's teachings not the scumbag Bishop's orders.

Not all girls just like
Not all girls just like sewing and shoe shopping when I worked Home care a girl I did double ups with was into motorbike riding and restoring .Her boyfriend who work in an insurance office did not know differance from a hammer or a saw.So some girl like fixing machines. I not into bike more a car girl but she road some big bikes.
Kat can be scary
Kat is learning so much about being the girl she has become while remaining true to herself. I liked where she realized that the looks the guys were giving her were the same looks she had shown when she was a man - a sure sign of incorporation into her new self.
I was surprised at the fight, it didn't take long as I thought it would be since I figured there would be at least 22 people on the football team. But, I guess it was cut short when Doug pulled the knife!! Sheesh, guess he was thinking he had to remove any doubt that he was a piece of dung.

I loved the scene with that little girl peeking at Kat and hiding her head in her mother's bosom when she was "caught". So sweet and so RL!
Little girls are amazing
having raised 5 of them I have seen how wide a range in personality they can have. From one that used to run up and bite people, to another that would run behind me and grab hold for all she was worth to hide from anyone that tried to speak to her, to what I would consider the worst toddler a parent can have..."The climber" One of my girls was literally climbing out of her crib before she could walk. I can't tell you how many times I have had to get a ladder to get her off the roof of the house before she was 2 years old, or climb up a tree to get her down out of it.

Glad to see this story update again! It does kind of amuse me that the big fight that's had so much leadup in the past few chapters was... really not all that important to this chapter. I mean, plotwise it obviously has the important points of "Yes Bishop is that much of a dick" and "Yes Doug is a total fucking psychopath" but otherwise it felt sort of breezed over. Not that I'm complaining, I like what we got. Like I said, kind of amuses me.
Sorry to hear life is slamming you so hard and devouring your writing time, but on the other hand you gotta earn a living and all that.

There is no guarantee the fight is over! Despite the carnage so far, I'm sure Kat is more than willing to continue. Of course, it may be difficult at this point for any of the rest of the team to risk getting on the mat with a girl that just sent two of the players to the emergency room. At this point, Mr. Bishop is probably mad enough to keep going (assuming he isn't immediately suspended by the principal), but will the military folks step in before things go any further (remember the Sargeant has a bad habit of...

That the coach should be fired. But then what does it actually take to fire a state employee and possibly a union employee without the possibility of that person bringing a lawsuit for wrongful termination?
As for the boy with the knife... Was losing a fight with her the previous weekend enough to send him off the rails or was it something else that we do not know about? We have yet to discover his side of that story.

State Employee
Maybe it is different where you live, I can't pretend to know how schools work in all 50 states. But where I live all teachers and administrators are employed by the school district. I have no doubt that the local school board here (where I live) would convene a private session to discuss personnel matters. That's the only time they can meet in private, all other meetings are by law public records. The upshot would be the board would vote to terminate Bishop and place a letter in his file detailing what happened. That would see to it that he never got another job at a public school. In Oklahoma the teacher organizations are pretty toothless at the primary education level.
I can't help but see those TV cameras as a potential problem for Kat. For one thing the U.S. Marshall would have another iron for the fire. And just in general I think Kat doesn't need the publicity. Far better for her that she maintains as low a profile as possible. Semfer saying she's a mutant alien can only cause problems. What does he know about Kat and how did he learn it? The general has a security breach somewhere.
Now, as for Semfer going off the deep end, that suggests to me that there could be a steroid problem at the school, and if there is the coach/Asst. Principal is probably in it up to his neck.

So now we have assault 1st
So now we have assault 1st with a deadly weapon by Doug, which could be upgraded to attempted murder by the prosecutor. Added with a charge of wanton endangerment. I foresee Doug not being on the football team much longer.
I also believe the coach is not going to be working at the school much longer either, because I believe he will do something truly stupid because Kat broke his best player's arm. I would not be surprised if he attacked her himself in front of everyone.
Hopefully, Danny will not die from the bad stab wound, and because there is the EMT unit there, they will be able to provide immediate emergency help to him.
Danny did not deserve what happened to him, so I also hope he becomes a friend of Kats and even some of the other girls.

That end
The end of this chapter was really good. I was expecting some shenanigans, but not one of the football players stabbing another one. The thing that really stuck out to me was how Kat was kinda playing with the boys, purposefully not hurting them, but when Doug stabbed Danny the kid gloves came off and she took him down hard and fast. Well done with that :)
I also gotta point out the small hints that Kat is capable of more than she's letting on. From the fairly specific details about her bloodied hair in the beginning of the chapter, I can only conclude that she used it to remove the bullet from the Marshal's shoulder somehow. How I'm not sure, some technique she learned in the military? Or perhaps some ability to move her hair at will? I'll be excited to see!
The Marshals following Kat is an interesting development. I'm interested to see where you go with that because I don't think Kat would withhold her abilities when it really matters, and when she cuts loose they're going to see. How that pans out will be fun.
In any case, great job as always with this chapter and I look forward to the next! :)

I expected that Kat would win, and possibly that one competitor would brandish a knife. I didn't expect an observer to use the knife. Well done!
