“Let’s get home,”
hopefully they make it in one piece
I confess
I like every Imp story I have read (i.e. every posted here so far)
Imp-ressive
Both story and Imp's reactions. They really need to be out of there, maybe some assistance will be needed. They just have to make it. No-one is allowed to separate these two now.
Teri Ann
"Reach for the sun."
An extremely painful step,
An extremely painful step, but I've noticed that Morpheus will kill or maim characters when it advances the plot. He's not into it for gratuitous reasons.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
Poor Chris
He still has so much grieving to do and even though he has every right he probably won't even be able to go to the funeral easily.
Finding his birth mother is a silver lining at best at this point, at least he is not starting from square one though, relationship.
Still, without Imp, his life would be absolute hell by comparison.
An amazing impactful and dynamic chapter.
Sigh
I must say I'm not happy at all about having been right about this one; it would have been so much nicer for Karma (who, if I've got the timeline straight, will be born in a bit over a year) to be named after, say, a live godmother. On the other hand, the tears at 'My name is Christine Kade and I am his birth mother' were definitely of the good variety.
Imp is a very bad enemy
and an even better friend.
