They are not qualified for the draft, Being transgender is more than a declaration. Those two declarations are in bad faith and the courts will throw out the cases if the judge has a basic understanding of the law. Those two a-holes are doing nothing to transition and they need to to be in the draft.
Maybe not as bad as it seem!
From my understanding, Enes Kanter (former NBA player) and Royce White (same), want to force the league to verify the way the rules are made as they are now to not to block trans-athlete. But more for them to be real trans-athlete.
I might be wrong about it. It might just be me hopping for some goodness in those two former NBA players.

and a DA in Florida is filing suit against them even though there are zero WNBA franchises in the state. Is this a final move for DeSantis? Doesn't his term end in January?
