I'm wondering
If principle Kuno will be receiving an visit from Nodoka? If would almost be expected in a US school to discuss the suspension but I don't know about Japan's cultural differences. Certainly a positive outcome of this is Ranma's growing closeness with her mother and the related weapon's training. My isn't the Panda going to be unhappy about this! Great stuff Heather!

Big Kahuna vs Nodoka
I don't know on the 'supposed' to visit part either, but I can see REALLY easily, especially now that she knows the situation with how all the Kuno's are tied together, that Nodoka goes to school... to confront the principal about his children and to 'encourage' him to stop them from going after Ranma.

Options she might follow -
A: Allow her hair to be cut... But only AFTER she has a signed/witnessed pledge from him. (And if doesn't follow on his end with Seppuku then he has to start fearing for life, and is driven out of area, along with kids scared off.)
B: He pulls a stunt where if she gets some type of note from him, he'll do it... And she just trashes him before he can move much. (Or sic's Ranma on him.)
C: Goes to other parents and stirs them up against principal and get's him thrown out.

Hi... I know that the first step to recovery is admitting I have a problem... And so I admit that... I'm addicted to this Story. ;)
You've done a wonderful job at keeping the 'voice' and keeping rather true to the characters also.
I can see all kinds of trouble and new training that Ranma will be getting into here... But you've also been teasing QUITE well at the main event... Nodoka vs Old Ghoul. I suspect it will be one of wits moving other characters around to do the physical fighting for them, although they 'might' take a swipe or 2 at each other. >:) Of course Nodoka finding OUT about EVERYTHING Ranma has been dealing with might cause the 'plan' to fail in and of itself.
More... Must have... MORE!!!! MWAhahahaha...
