It will take time
But I think the Ramano's & Jill WILL bond as a family fairly quick. As for the new bail bonds office I'd suggest getting some help from other existing bail bonds companies in getting started.
Love Samantha Renée Heart.
In this area
Of the country (south central, south west US) bail bonds is a very competitive market. I won't say people won't get along but I wouldn't count on getting much help from other, established businesses.

Down?
down here in Kansas
If you'll look at a map or globe, you'll find Kansas is "up" from Tennessee, not "down". Up and across, to be a bit more accurate.
This is also done a lot in Texas. They refer to Texas as being up from everyone, who in turn are down from Texas. The truth is, almost all of the 48 contiguous states are up from Texas when you look at a map. It's an ego thing, and it got old years ago.

Convention
Maps (and globes) having north up is an old and by now well established convention.
Still, it's only a convention without any real connection to "up" and "down" in the real world.
The psychological impact appears to be substantial.
As a "Convention"
It is accepted world-wide, especially by many/most scientists. Case in point: when scientists/astronomers charted the stars' locations, they use a set of rules and procedures that are followed world-wide by those in their profession, as well as by amateur astronomers. It's called "Galactic North". Stars' locations are plotted using that standard. If the location is given otherwise then it will be bounced back for reformating. If the Galactic Standard considers "up" is at the top, e.g. north, then it's good enough for me.
Oh, satellites are also plotted in earth orbit using the same up is north principle. Cartographers use the same rule. Latitude and longitude is laid out the same way. Try telling the captain of a ship or A/C pilot that north is not up, and see how far you get. Standards are there for a reason, to keep everybody working together in harmony.
So I stand behind what I wrote and nothing will be accomplished discussing it any further.

Thank you for confirming
Thank you for confirming my comment.
Nothing you said contradicts it.
Actually
It does. :-)

In what way?
All the examples you refer to are cases where people have come to agree to use a common direction.
It took a long time for cartographers to adopt North-up as the “normal”. I have several, even recent, maps with west, east or south as well as other directions “up” for convenience or other reasons. Right now, I’m looking at a world map with Australia top center (with Tasmania above it).
I worked with navigation equipment, including electronic charts, for over a decade. I only once heard a captain referring to “sailing up”. The heading in that case was almost due South, up the Rhine.
