True Story. TODAY
I live on the 4th floor of a 6 floor building right above a transportation shelter. All night long a man sat out there yelling and singing, waking me up. It had been hot that day, so my window was open. Finally the Street Car started running this morning and he got thrown off before it left. I went down there and told him to leave and he got abusive, saying to me, "Your time here is up Jesus", so I called the Police. Of course they refused to come unless a crime had been committed and I told them that there would likely be if they didn't. Then they said they'd arrest me.
So, next week I plan to get some bear spray, and perhaps a paint ball gun, or a pellet gun.
If he comes back, perhaps he'll meet Jesus.

Today I plan to go buy several cans of Bear Spray and a paint ball gun. If he returns, he will pay for it.

It might be best just to bring back the use of a chamber pot for one night. Of course it would need to be emptied after use out of the appropriate window. Bear spray is definitely illegal to use on humans and paintballs hitting someone without protective gear probably is too.
