Neither of them are real words, just like "gurl", so they can "mean" anything you wish. The only actual, correct word is girl.

Never heard of both of them, Gurl is a mixture of GUy and giRL - GURL. That tend to be given to nasty crossdressers like me LOL

Joking, but I would never refer to a trans lady (not getting into the definition of woman), as a gurl.
