A little of both
A little of good thing, a little of bad thing. Okay, not so little after all.
She had saved Megan - but eventually ended up abducted. Her joining the Papillion has, in result, sent her in Germany for the first time - and the second, fateful one. Yet without having friends who knew of this lifestyle, she would never have been rescued. And nobody guaranteed that something like that would not have happened anyway.
I really hope the bastard had his entire fortune go to her - it is the least that could have been done. Also, I am rather worried about her ability to have children of her own, finding a suitable mate aside. This article did not give a definite answer.
As it is, the story in its earlier stages was very entertaining, but the last two chapters can leave the reader with mixed feelings. All in all, a worthy read.

A very enjoyable read
Wasn't sure where it would take me in the early chapters, but was quite happy to have stayed until the end. Can't imagine why people would choose that sort of life without safety words..but to each their own. Wonderful reading!!
