damn near lit the building on fire with it.
I just hope the landlord takes the action that is legally available for endangering the safety of the other tenants and gives him an eviction notice.

After 30+ years of dealing with people like your neighbour I've long since taken the somewhat unfortunate stance that all people are blithering idiots until proven otherwise.
It makes for a pleasant surprise when I'm proven wrong.

The irritation of my lungs from the smoke bomb brought the head cold I had almost beaten off right into my lungs. :(
back on 5 days of Prednisone steroidal anti-inflammatory 50mg once a day and a week of clarithromycin antibiotic 2x250mg twice daily
edit to add:
I also made sure that the senior rep for the landlord is aware of the resulting health issue, that with the written notice of my damaged lungs having been posted for as long as I have lived in the building the activity yesterday qualifies as attempted murder.
