Terrific story of course
... and well worth the trouble to clean up. I took the copy from Crystalhall and cleaned it up some more for myself. There are not a lot of stories I have done it for but Whisper is worth the trouble.
Meeting an old friend
I devoured the original version when it was posted, and have reread it numerous times. Now I get to read it again for the first time! Be still my beating heart!
I went outside once. The graphics weren' that great.
Missing word
Love the story, but this one mistake just stands out.
"A ghostly crown appears on her head while royal looking robes shimmer around body."
Looks like there is a missing word in the last part of this sentence, maybe "around her body."
Fixed!
Thanks for finding that one.

Well worth doing
I grabbed the epub version when it came along and enjoyed it thoroughly. I may do the same with this version... if I ever have the time...
Speaking of which, whatever happened to "Whisper in the dark"? Unless I missed something, it is not yet finished.

Whisper....
was made Canon and now I need to follow the rules a little closer.
My plan is to do a story with Whisper at Whateley vs. showing her school adventures via flashbacks.

That's great news
I *love* whisper and was sorry to see the story stop.
I always wondered what happened to the camping trip, and would love to see more interaction with her sister.
Whisper!
Whisper is one of my all time favorite stories, and I'm glad to see this :)
Hopefully the next part won't take too long, I'm excited to read the reedited version all the way through!

Great Story
loved this story when it first came out, look forward to reading whispers adventures at whateley
Re-whispered
Some stories do bear repeated reading. I did this recently with Whisper, and now I get to do it again. I'm sure that Brian won't mind.

That's a good one! :-) :-) :-)
Whisper was one of my favorites
I loved the original Whisper story......but this reads MUCH better. Nice to read it again. I was one of my favorites, but now it is my favorite.

message me
Whisper V3.0 is great.
This is one of the few stories that I go back to and re-read periodically. Just as good on the fourth read as the first.
The quest
Whisper's quest was to distract Lady Seramis. Somehow, I don't think "Hey, Lady. Watch me die. For real." is the best plan ever.
I'm reading this story for the second time and enjoying it every bit as much. Thank you for writing it.
As always
Rereading Whisper is so engaging! Even better it has been so long since I reread this the last time that the author has done a masterful job of cleaning up the points where the story bogged down. Excellent work!
