Use the tags and cautions to accurately describe your posts. US laws do not attempt to control pure text, but other countries have other laws. If you use images, please, no NSFW images that will appear on the front page and none in a post that are not covered by the tags you use. No images featuring children in a sexual context. Avoid that kind of thing in text, too.
