Does anyone know if there's an easy way to check for new comments to the older stories I've posted? I usually click on the My Stories link in the Navigation area on the right side of the website, then scroll through my stories to look for any new comments. I'd tried clicking on the Total /New column heading in that list, but I'm not sure if sorts the stories by the total number of comments, or if it brings the new comments to the top of the list.

Comments
if you go to "my account"
and select "track" you can see all the activity on anything you've posted or commented on.
Beat me to it.
'My account', then 'track'. It brings up all your recent posts, but orders them in terms of recent action. Thus, if you posted a story three days ago and got a comment on the first day, and then someone yesterday commented on a story from ten years ago, that 'belated' comment will be top of the list, in the format e.g. "3-1 new"
Clicking on 'one new' takes you straight to the new comment.
That also tracks items on which you have made comments, so, for example, my feed today could show the comment on my latest story, another person's comment on the Maeryn story that I commented on toady, and a comment that someone posted on an old episode of 'Bike' or 'Somewhere Else...' that I commented on five years ago.
Another way to check comments on your own stories
is to go to the My Stories page and then click on "Latest Comment" which will reorder the list by latest comments, thus showing new comments on old stories high on the list.
Thanks!
Never realized those columns were sortable. (Not that it matters a whole lot to me, since I only have nine. Still wish they'd get rid of the "if you liked this post" paragraph there under each kudos listing there that's pointlessly taking up space. The kudos total is great; the paragraph just prevents more stories at a time from showing on the screen.)

Done!
Now that the site is stable, it's easier for me to respond to such things. Done! :)

It's very easy
Just visit 'My Stories' and new comments are clear to see. In my case all my (4 :) ) stories are over 10 years old and nobody's looked at them for ages so it's easy :)
Ummm...
I am in a somewhat different position, lol
