Power corrupts ...
... and it certainly is doing so in this story. Heath may have been a bad boy, but Heather, along with Leslie and Patti, is becoming a truly evil girl - much like Grace has become an evil woman and the other adult females already were. They are at the point now where their primary reason for changing boys into girls isn't because the boys are bad or would benefit from becoming girls, but because it is fun for them to do so. Any morals these girls/gurls may have had are gone; they have become amoral sociopaths just like Dr. Trate; their pleasure is the number one criteria for what they do to males:
** "I feel a little guilty about doing this to them," Heather said as she picked up a copy of the video. "But was it ever exciting!"
"I know what you mean," Stephanie added. "I get excited every time I help do this to a boy. It's really a lot of fun." **
The sad thing is the boys turned girls, with the exception of Leslie (lifelong conditioning), only like being girls because of the magic or Dr. Trate's hypnosis. Stephanie says:
** By the end of the school year, thanks to visits to Dr. Trate every other week, I hated being a boy. **
Since Stephanie was not subjected to magic, it would be interesting to see what happenes if all the hypnotic conditioning was removed and Steven, knowing he had been forced to like being a girl, is back.

Heather and her friends sadden me or is this the calm before the
storm? IE is this a set up for a pivotal future chapter?
This chapter saddened me because I had a higher opinion of the former boys. You would think they would be more considerate, sympathetic to the newly feminized boys, that they would only use the magic and act as they have to them if the boys truly deserved punishment and could only be reformed as girls or if the boys truly desired to become girls, IE were TG.
Instead Heather and freinds have become junior monsters well on the way to the sick perversions of Dr Castrate. These boys do not deserve this fate and the adults involved are having way to much sick fun, the fun of pulling the wings of a living insect.
I realize this is fiction and over-the-top fiction at that in a sub genera that tend towards extremes but still, where is there any growth here or compassion? This chapter seemed, IMHO, to revel only in the act of transformation and the reason for it came down to the women saying in essence, “we have the power so up yours, my darling boysâ€.
In several of the previous chapters we saw the former leprechaun slowly reform and reluctantly give up her maleness and then her immortality to become a human girl and release the magic to do good. We saw Heather, not the nicest or worst of boys become a caring girl despite the circumstances IE she was making the best out of her fate.
That made this a cut far above more run of the mill sissyfication/forced transformation stories. In this chapter I see the magic being used for bad purposes. The women’s excuse for why they must mutilate the boys because how inevitably evil boys are, first a frog in a pocket and next, Columbine CO. The logic of the moms and their co conspirators is a farce. In this whole story the only truly evil ones were the doctor and her minions and the Leprechaun before she changed.
I hope this is simply power and novelty going to the girls heads and that they will realize how twisted the Dr and co have become, how bad they themselves have become and use the magic to do good, not harm. I see lots of potential on this story and will try to keep an open mind.
Sorry to vent but you have interesting characters here and are dealing with emotionally powerful topics.
