I can't wait to see your take on what's happening in the Whateley-verse, especially with Nikki as that has been largely ignored by canon authors.

Nikki's author has stopped writing her, and as I understand it, doesn't want anybody else writing her. Her character, her choice. So the other Whateley authors are restricted in using her except in passing, so to speak. She's not a spear carrier, but she is relegated to a minor player/background status. Sad.

Great chapter, as it gave us a lot more information about Lee/Leah. When Lee gets back home, will he be Lee or Leah both in mind and body for all to see? It does seem that each time he went to the Henge, he changed more rapidly towards the feminine. Should be interesting to see what his parents and sister see when s/he goes back into the house.

I agree that some characters like Nikki in Whatley canon have been ignored. It is only through the occasional reference and implication that we know what is happening. I'm pleased that Lee/Leah has a" high spirit guide" as it where.

Great story
I am a fan of the Whateley Universe and have wondered who would pick up on Nikkie Reily's character. The one thing I have not been able to figure out though especially with where E.E Nalley and Elrod is taking us that how a Powerful Precog as Mrs. Potter is an others at Whateley have not seen the same visions as have Kodiac, Grizzly, Queen Aunghadail(before she left Nikkie) and Kayda's spirits of the Bastard coming back to try to take over again.
My other question is are you trying to fit your character(Lee/Leah) in with Nalley and Elrod's version over at Crystal Hall?

Well, the title makes sense now haha. Great chapter, I see how you're really setting Leah up to go to Whateley in the very near future and hinting that there's going to be much more than just a little teasing coming her way.
What I got from the end of the chapter besides the history is that Leah is going to be really overpowered when she gets going.

Leah's power
Yes. One day Leah's power will be off the charts, but don't look for that to happen in the timeframe of this story. Even gods do not spring forth into full power overnight. Her power will probably put her in the upper 25% range of her classmates at some point during her tenure at Whateley, but she will not have god-like powers for a long while (centuries at least, maybe even millennia), but she will have enough to keep things interesting. She will have enough problems without dealing with something like that.

I love this story.
Three names
Leah knew she was in dutch when her mom used all three of her names. And then she learns, or realizes, she can make many of the repairs after repairing a few tools.
Is it any wonder she is so confused when something new occurs? She has yet come to terms with everything happening to her.
It's good to see she does have a guide who may be able to help when necessary.
I personally would like to see another chapter of this story. And would like to see those who have written these stories get together and create a story about all these characters together while at Whateley.
Others have feelings too.
