Hmm
For some reason I liked this chapter a lot for the feeling of an open world it gave with all the places and people we saw while Cass was running from Erina.
I'm disappointed in this
I'm disappointed in this chapter.
It just didn't turn out the way I envisioned.
I'm seriously thinking of re-writing it.
Sorry. It just doesn't feel good enough to me.
Cheers.
I, on the other hand, love this chapter.
I have no idea how you could improve this chapter. But I do know that when you think something can be improved, you manage to improve it.
Your writing has made me love this series, despite the fact that I am not a fan of first person shooter scenes. (I'm not against them. But there are many other genre I love more.) What I do like are the interactions and personalities of the various characters. And the little and not so little mysteries that are eventually revealed, only to encounter more mysteries.
I will say this. This chapter, which you are unhappy with, thrills and engages me every bit as much as the polished version of volume 2, which is much better than the rough version. I think volume 2 is noticeably better than volume 1. (Mind you, I haven't binge read the series so I may simply be enthusing over the last thing I read.)
But your already good writing is improving. I look forward to each chapter of volume 3 and to when volume 3 is published. I love your work.
Well, I need to get approval
Well, I need to get approval from my editor, but if he gives the greenlight, I'll post the alternative version.
Then I'll wait to see how people respond to it.
I'm hoping to have it ready by the weekend. Hoping to.
Cheers and thank you for your kind comments.

Stop it!
@simkin452
Hi, please stop saying "Apologies for the delay"!! It takes time to write a good story, take the time you need for writing and please stop apologies. We all can wait and we will wait. Some professional authors needs sometimes a year until they publish a new book. Ok?
Also please stop to throw money away, your ebooks are to cheap. A book with more than 500 pages for 2,99 Euro?? I think 4,99 - 5,99 Euro is ok and please publish your books on lulu.com too, then you can sell more books. Only amazon is a bad thing, not all reader like Kindle.
Honey we like your books, please no Apologies. :-)
...um...sorry?
...um...sorry?
Okay. Okay. I won't apologize
Okay. Okay. I won't apologize, but the truth is that I am sincerely sorry for making people wait.
I mean, if I was a mangaka and I wasn't delivering my chapters on time, I'd be out of a job.
So, I try to deliver on time because I don't like keeping people waiting.
It's just that lately life has intruded and I'm also working through Book Three and Four to make everything meld.
Plus, the design of certain elements of Book Three are driving me nuts.
So, that's why I feel repentant for failing to deliver on time.
Also, it worries me that people stop reading it because they don't get consistent updates to the story.
But I'll try not to say sorry for the delay.
Cheers.
It's always a pleasure......
To see more of this story. I am anxiously awaiting the publishing of the third book.
The first two were well worth the cost of purchasing them.
