Cassy, you sandbagged me about Aunt Mary
She was actually one cool gal. On the other foot it looks like Mercy's powers are a lot more powerful than everyone thought. I wonder if she can actually fix the cheerleaders? Still giggling imagining Victoria and Aunt Mary ganging up on poor Mercy. I fear Mitch may have gone over to the other side under Mercy's magic.
Hmmmm
Thinking that Mercy is about to discover the further joy of womanhood that is her period. Hormonal teenaged magician alert!
"I am sorry,"
wow. she re-wrote their lives, just by giving them different underwear.
Like we didn't see that coming. Snerk.
Given what happened to Mitch, it was obvious this was going to happen to the cheer leader squad. At least, it would have been obvious to me if I'd actually taken the time to think about it. I am so ROTFL right now.
I love your Aunt Mary character. You have so many good characters here. And I'm wondering what happened to Mitch. Have his family kidnapped him and sent him off to be deprogrammed?
Magic
In general, I don't like stories with magic transformations. Being a techy person, I prefer science. That said, I'm really enjoying this story. Thanks for all the great chapters and keep them coming!

When will Mercy learn?
After what happened with Mitch, she ought to have known that her offensive against the cheerleaders would end like this. Her ability does not work how she seems to think it does, and one would think that she'd have picked up on this by now.
Bit worried about Mitch
After requesting the park, then absent from school too..
Mercy's life was always going to be complicated by this "curse", she's going to have to get right canny, and quick, if complication isn't to become catastrophe.

"Reach for the sun."
Oh man, calvacade of conundrums!
Mitch, Man of Mystery!
And I was, unfortunately-ish, right.
Fyi, the shop was "Blazin' Topic" before, in Chapter 8. Now is "Hot Topic"?
