hate
they couldnt file molestation charges againt anyone and they would just make themselfs look like hateful fools. but julie and her family could file assault charges against them now. they should too. there is alot of hate in this world and most of it comes in the name of religion
Molestation Charges
She didn't say she'd file them based on past behavior. She said that if Jason ever got into contact with Billy in the present or future she'd consider it molestation and charge him accordingly -- sadly, a perfectly reasonable attitude to take if you're convinced that any contact with him will consign you to Hell, and that Jason and his parents are headed there already.
And she can file whatever complaint she wants. Getting a grand jury to indict or the state to prosecute is another matter. (She can probably find a judge who'll issue a temporary restraining order, though.)

Why Should They Even
Have shown up without an invite? They should have cleared it with the parents instead of popping up like they did.
