I just watched the final episode of Doom Patrol. I can so relate to Jane's journey, coming to terms with what had happened to her, and finally beginning to re-integrate her other selves.

that the story ends on a hopeful note honestly gives me hope for myself.

Thanks for warning me off of Doom Patrol.

One of my best friends in College and after had/(has ?) DID or highly similar. And, with near certainty, so did/does her sister and niece.

"Eve" (met her once), as in "Three Faces of Eve" was, as such things go, comparatively 'mild'.

I'm gonna >Very Highly Dis-recommend< you from seeking out Eve's story, and all other even vaguely similar cases.
