so this morning, I pulled out my clothes and put them on my bed, and put on my socks.

A moment later, I am looking at the pile of clothes, trying to find my socks, apparently totally forgetting I had them on.

Eventually, I looked down at my feet, and realized I was wearing them.

Sometimes, my brain worries me ...

I did the exact same thing, only different

when I started wearing glasses. I was in the third grade, and had just begun to wear the accursed things, and I couldn't find them. I was running all around the house, trying to figure out where I'd taken them off, and I had to hurry if I was going to make the bus in time that morning. Then, I looked across the living room, and realized I could see the TV just fine.1F644.png

I don't think I ever did tell Mom what I was running around looking for...

I've often heard of variants of this, involving cell phones. Someone at home texts someone to tell her that she left her phone at home. Sometimes it's a prank, sometimes it's a brain glitch.
