but i wish the weather would make it's mind up!

Monday was a pleasant 20ish degrees then its back up to 26/7c for two days - tomorrow its back to low 20's!

So what's been happening in Maddyville? Well unusually, Monday ended up being a ride day, i had the chance of a few hours in South Wales which i grabbed gratefully. I sorted out a route from Cardiff up to Caerphilly then looping west along a disused rail line, through the Afon Taff to return to Cardiff from the west, via, it has to be said, some interesting stretches of byway and lanes. It was a nice day, only @ 65km but a whopping 896m of climbing!

Tuesday became a writing day, a solid day at the keyboard completed another Gaby chapter and kept me out of the heat! That chapter is up on Patreon, so supporters can find that now. As for today, well i decided in the end to have a sort of lazy day - a walk to the Swedish store for lunch then a return via the shops to get my tea (salad if you are interested). Things will be more normal from tomorrow, back on the bike out into Wiltshire then writing on Friday although it could get messy at the weekend as its time for another Hill Bunfest on Sunday!
