... some folks. Mark Cavendish rode a Tour stage yesterday with diahorea (re-arrange the letters to suit yourself :) ) and Geraint Thomas finished after being knocked off his bike and banging his head on a telegraph pole and you're letting a tummy bug deprive your fans of an evening's 'Bike'?
We'll manage somehow :) Just make sure you get better before you bother putting fingers to keyboard. That's the important thing.

That got your attention - was upchucking much of the night and have since had the other end emptying itself. I feel like a bit of limp lettuce but I can now keep a cuppa down, so am on the mend. The sad thing is I should have been taking my ex and my daughter to where my son used to work in the Brecon Beacons. Don't think I could walk as far as the car at the minute. Whizz has been very attentive, Bonz couldn't give a monkey's.
