Been there, done that
I was asked by a 8 or 9 year old girl once. I asked her if she'd ever seen a boy wearing a suit like I had on. (A conservative one piece.) She shook her head no. I shrugged and said, "There you go."
I think she went away more confused than she was when she asked the question.
