Going down the normal checklist we see how covid has made depression a common occurrence.
Are you eating right? With covid we're eating what we have in our pantry.
Are you getting enough sleep? Covid has destroyed our daily routines. Good sleep is all about routines.
Are you getting enough exercise? Covid has eliminated many forms of exercise and restricted others.
Are you misusing alcohol or drugs? Experts are saying we're in the perfect storm for substance abuse.

Lots and lots of great big hugs to you. I've been there, and all I can say is hold on, it will get better. Depression is cyclical, and you will pull out of this if you just hold on. If you ever need someone to talk with, you can reach me on Discord, I'm Halvil #8404. I'm there almost all the time, unless I'm sleeping or out of the house - which in these days of covid, is very rare as I'm at high risk due to health issues, age and physical gender. Hang in there hun, you are worthwhile and much cared for. If discord isn't for you leave me a message here, I get those pretty fast.
