the good news is my mom is eating a little bit more, although it's still probably below or at best at the daily minimum.
the bad news is her anxiety has increased to the point she can't be left alone, even while in bed.

I'm glad that your mom is at least eating more, but I know how rough dealing with that kind of anxiety is, and I would imagine that your own anxiety is pretty high too, dealing with all of this. I hope that the doctors can do something for her and you can catch a break.
